5. Obligations of the buyer:

6. Milan rights:

If the buyer refuses to accept an analogous product or the most similar product, Milano undertakes to return the money paid to the buyer no later than within 10 working days, if prepayment was made, only if the buyer does not agree to accept an analogous product.
7.5. Milano undertakes to provide the buyer with the most accurate information about the goods based on the description of the suppliers.
7.6. Milano undertakes to respond to the client's e-mail. letter or Facebook message within 48 hours at the latest.
7.7. Upon the buyer's request, milan must cancel the order and refund the money if the buyer returns the item or the item has not yet been sent and the buyer has requested a refund.
7.8. 8. Product prices, payment procedure and terms:

9.6. Milano delivers the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the terms specified at the time of purchase. These terms are preliminary and do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the necessary goods in stock and the Buyer is informed of the shortage of the goods ordered by him. At the same time, the Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Milan's control.
9.7. 10. Product quality guarantee and expiration date:
10.1. The characteristics of each item sold are generally indicated in the item description attached to each item.
10.2. Milano is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the display used by the Buyer.

11. Return and exchange of goods:

11.2.. When returning goods to the buyer, it is necessary to comply with the following conditions:

11.2.3. The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective film not torn off, signs of use must not be visible, etc.);
11.2.4. The returned item must be in the same package as the one received by the Buyer;
11.5. Milano has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods specified in this article.
11.6 A defective product can be replaced with an analogous product, in which case the buyer must return the product and the Seller (suppliers) replace the product with a new one within the specified delivery time. A new product is ordered only after Milano receives the product it previously delivered to the customer.
11.7 In case of suspicion regarding the proof of purchase - www.milano.lt has the right to ask the buyer to show a copy of the order or a payment receipt.
12. Liability:
